Learn to Drive with Confidence

We always appreciate our client’s time and therefore we only cancel or rearrange lessons when it is not possible to conduct your lesson efficiently to provide the best quality learning. This could be due to extremely heavy traffic or delays out of our control. We do our best to give enough notice but we may need to cancel or rearrange last minute in extreme circumstances to provide the best service and value for money. 

The client agrees to the below terms when arranging and going ahead to book with us.

We are very high in demand therefore cancelling or rearranging a lesson by our clients requires at least 48 hrs notice. If this is not met we reserve the right to charge 50% of the lesson fee. 

Our weekend schedule is even higher in demand and therefore the cancellation notice is 4 working days. Any weekend lesson that is not rearranged in the future will be charged at full fee. Lessons that are cancelled with 4 working days (Monday - Friday) notice will be rescheduled free of charge but the wait time may be considerable. Please, contact us in case you would like to rearrange so we can further assist you.

All prepaid lessons must be completed within 6 months of initial payment. Failing to inform us or failing to keep in contact for more than 10 days despite communication from us, will result in the sessions being treated as completed. The client must agree to inform us regarding any delays in starting or completing lessons within this time so we can find a suitable solution for both of us.

Any learning material designed and shared with clients is the property of our driving school therefore these are only available to clients who book and take lessons with us. In an event of a cancellation of the entire driving training at any time before or after the training commences, these learning materials are chargeable to the client and therefore deducted from the amount originally paid as a service was provided with the condition that the lessons will take place and the driving training carries on till completion. This fee is dependant on the amount of learning material shared and calculated at each refund process.  

Should the client wish to proceed with cancelling the driving training at any point we charge a flat fee of £25 admin fee to issue refunds. In the event on cancelling the driving training the client agrees to a 50% reduction of the original amount paid to be refunded. It is our aim to process any refund within 14 working days from the date we receive a written request via email, however this may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. 

Any time the instructor spends on giving advice outside of lesson time, is a chargeable item too. This is calculated at our hourly rate of £50/hr.
